How do you navigate dog grooming with Covid-19? Well, your safety and your pet’s safety is important to me. So, I have taken the necessary steps to minimize the risk of transmitting viruses and other airborne illnesses in my salon. First and foremost, please wear a mask while picking up and dropping off your dog. I also appreciate your cooperation with social distancing in my small space. Additionally, I have extended appointment times to give me the opportunity to sanitize myself and my equipment between clients. Clients should keep all hard surfaces, collars, and leashes clean using a disinfectant approved against coronavirus. I’ve even taken the extra step to become certified in grooming specific Covid-19 safety and sanitation. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to seeing you soon!
